AIVO, Inc.

Measuring what AI recommends when it matters.

AI assistants and agents increasingly decide which brands a customer considers and which one they choose. AIVO, Inc. measures whether AI systems recommend a brand at the moment of decision, not merely whether they mention it, and helps organizations act on what they find.

How AIVO is organized

AIVO, Inc. is the parent company. The methodology is published openly and kept separate from the commercial products that apply it.

Methodology

AIVO Standard

An open methodology and research program for measuring how AI systems represent, compare and recommend brands. Publications carry DOIs, and the data and code are public.

Improvement

AIVO Win Rate

Governance and independence

A measurement is only useful if it can be trusted. These principles govern how the AIVO Standard relates to AIVO's commercial work.

  1. The methodology is public. Definitions, measurement rules and versions of the AIVO Standard are published, so others can inspect and reproduce them.
  2. Clients cannot influence scores. Commercial clients, including those in improvement programs, have no input into how their scores are calculated or reported.
  3. Changes are versioned. Any change to the methodology is documented and dated, and results are reported against a named version.
  4. Findings are published even when unwelcome. Research that challenges AIVO's commercial assumptions is published on the same terms as research that supports them.
  5. Independent review is sought. AIVO works with academic researchers who have no commercial stake in the company to test and replicate its findings.
