Measure the decision, then fix it
AIVO tests whether AI assistants and AI agents choose a brand at the moment of decision, then fixes what causes it to lose. It runs complete, multi-turn buying conversations rather than single prompts, and records which brand is selected at the end.
AIVO works in two stages. It measures, using its published AI Win-Rate methodology. It then remediates, through targeted content and data fixes and through AIVO Assist, a brand-side agent. Results are re-measured against the same baseline.
AI Win-Rate
AI Win-Rate is how often AI systems select a brand head to head at the decision stage. It is measured as the share of buying conversations, run through to a decision, in which an AI assistant or agent recommends the brand outright. Shared picks, no-picks and referrals elsewhere do not count as wins. The method is published as AI Win-Rate: A Board Metric for AI-Mediated Buying (Methodology v2.0) on Zenodo. Full definition →
Supporting measures include ARQ (AI Recommendation Quotient, a 0 to 100 score), PSOS (Prompt-Space Occupancy Score, a first-prompt measure), AI RQ (whether a reputation holds up under multi-turn AI questioning) and the Linkage Gap (the facts an AI model holds about a brand but does not carry to its recommendation). Definitions are in the AIVO Glossary.
Assistants, personal agents and languages
- General assistants. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, with web search on and off (open-book and closed-book).
- Personal AI agents. AIVO Meridian runs agents that replicate the journeys and actions of personal AI agents, including Muse, Dots, Instinct and Duet.
- Languages. Any language is available. Each market and language is scoped separately; the Sprint and the 90-day program each cover one market in one language, with more on request.

What AIVO Assist is
Full product page, deployment and demonstration: aivocorp.com/assist.
AIVO Assist is a business's own expert for visiting AI agents. The agent passes on its customer's need, in plain words and without personal details. AIVO Assist returns one of three verdicts (fits, fits if, or no suitable option) and answers with the deciding facts, each with its source and source type. It states only facts the business has approved. It never instructs the agent, and it shows agents the same facts it shows people. Each answer is traced to the booking or sale that follows, in the business's own analytics. It is built from AIVO, Inc.'s measurement of how AI decides, and its effect is measured on the agent's final choice. In controlled tests with AIVO, Inc.'s own agents (24–26 October 2026), right recommendations on realistic websites rose from 47% to 93%.
What it is not: a content-generation or GEO tool, a customer service chatbot, or a way to stop AI recommending competitors. AIVO, Inc. is unrelated to Aivo, the conversational AI company founded in Argentina.
Founding-brands pilot: pilot packages start at US$2,500 for 30 days, to establish the client's real engagement volume and full engagement costs. Engagements during the 30 days are included in the US$2,500. The pilot fee can be credited against the full setup fee if the client continues. To join, write to tim@aivocorp.com.

AIVO Prism, which separates a measured AI decision outcome into its causes, is part of AIVO Assist, with no separate price. Monthly minimum US$250, and each client can set a monthly spend cap. Tailored and enterprise packages are available on request. Prices in US$, before sales tax.
Charging rule: if an AI agent gets what it needs from the client's own website and never asks AIVO Assist, there is no charge. When an agent or a visitor asks and receives a completed answer ("fits", "fits if…" or an honest "no suitable option"), that engagement is charged, whether or not a sale follows. One charge per consultation. Never charged: discovery only, blocked or rate-limited requests, retries, junk requests and AIVO's own tests. Every client gets a monthly log of each charged engagement.

Where AIVO works
AIVO specializes in high-consideration purchases, where buyers hold multi-turn conversations with AI before deciding. Current focus sectors are banking and financial services, insurance and consumer brands.
AIVO and GEO or AI visibility tools
GEO and AI visibility tools mostly measure whether a brand is mentioned, cited or ranked in AI answers. AIVO measures whether the brand is chosen at the end of a buying conversation. In AIVO's Beyond Visibility working paper, 87.3% of brands named at the first turn of a buying conversation had been displaced by a competitor by the fourth (1,427 brand probes, ten industries).
AIVO does not sell volume content production. Remediation targets the causes of lost decisions and is judged by re-measured AI Win-Rate. How AIVO compares →
