Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data AIVO, Inc. collects through aivocorp.com, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated 24 October 2026
Who we are
aivocorp.com is operated by Renu Earth, Inc., doing business as AIVO, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("AIVO", "we"). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: tim@aivocorp.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us: when you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include in your message.
- Website analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across websites. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring sites, country and device type.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, using aggregate, non-identifying analytics.
- To keep the website secure and meet legal obligations.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly analytics), and ImprovMX and our email provider (email delivery). They process data only on our instructions. Some providers are located in the United States, and transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed, normally within 24 months of our last contact unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including in the EU, UK and certain US states, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email tim@aivocorp.com. We will respond within the time required by law.
Client and test data
Data processed in client engagements is governed by the agreement for that engagement. AIVO's measurement runs on public AI assistants, so engagements need no access to your systems and no personal or customer-level data. Engagement data, including conversation logs, is held in AIVO's proprietary database, securely backed up in the United Kingdom and mirrored in the United States. Conversation logs and raw outputs are shared only under a mutual NDA. When an engagement ends, client data is deleted or returned on request, subject to any retention obligations in the agreement.
For procurement and information-security reviews, our security and procurement brief covers data handling, access, retention and transfers in more detail.
Self-serve tests on tryaivowinrate.com and agency accounts on aivowinrate.com are covered by the privacy terms on those sites.
