AIVO Assist™AIVO Assist is a business's own expert for visiting AI agents. The agent passes on its customer's need, in plain words and without personal details. AIVO Assist returns one of three verdicts (fits, fits if, or no suitable option) and answers with the deciding facts, each with its source and source type. It states only facts the business has approved. It never instructs the agent, and it shows agents the same facts it shows people. Each answer is traced to the booking or sale that follows, in the business's own analytics. It is built from AIVO, Inc.'s measurement of how AI decides, and its effect is measured on the agent's final choice. In controlled tests with AIVO, Inc.'s own agents (24–26 October 2026), right recommendations on realistic websites rose from 47% to 93%.Available now for founding-brand pilots; pilot from US$2,500, with engagements during the 30 days included (pricing). Not a content-generation or GEO tool, a customer service chatbot, or a way to stop AI recommending competitors. Working paper: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23694598.
AIVO Prism™Separates a measured AI decision outcome into the causes beneath it, including beliefs AI models still hold after a dated event has changed the facts.Part of AIVO Assist, with no separate price. Working product name, introduced in the AIVO Assist working paper (October 2026).
AIVO Win RateSelf-serve product that tests how often AI assistants acting as shopping agents choose a brand, who they choose instead and why. For brands at tryaivowinrate.com; for agencies at aivowinrate.com.A product name, written without a hyphen. Not an SEO tool. Not the same as the AI Win-Rate metric.
AI Win-Rate SprintA 30-day program for mid-market brands: a baseline AI Win-Rate, ready-to-publish fixes for the top three causes of lost decisions, and a re-measure on the same conversations.US$3,500 fixed, credited against the 90-day Win Rate program.
AI Decision Risk ReviewA two-week, fixed-price review of how often AI chooses a brand or bank in one market, who wins instead, why, and a prioritized fix list. Versions for consumer brands and banks.Consumer brands US$7,500 or US$12,500; banks US$7,500.

AI Win-Rate StudyA research option within the 90-day Win Rate program: clients who share outcome data join a cohort, with an independent marketing scientist, testing whether AI Win-Rate predicts commercial performance. No separate fee.Findings are published whatever they show.

04 Metrics and instruments

AI Win-Rate is the single headline number. Every metric is either measured directly from AI responses or modelled from those measurements.

TermTypeDefinitionUsage

Revenue at Risk (RaR)ModelledRevenue exposed to AI displacement: Category-relevant Annual Revenue × AI-mediated Purchase Influence Rate × measured AI Displacement Rate.Gross exposure in a window, not a forecast of lost revenue.

  • Marks. ™ or ℠ on first mention only: AI Win-Rate™, L.E.V.℠, AIVO Brand Alpha Index™.
  • Measured vs modelled. Every AIVO number states which it is. Measured: AI Win-Rate, PSOS, ARQ, AI RQ, Linkage Gap, AI Share Index. Modelled: RaR, L.E.V.
