aivocorp.com is operated by Renu Earth, Inc., doing business as AIVO, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("AIVO", "we"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Content on this website, including research summaries, figures and examples, is provided for general information. It is not professional, financial or legal advice. Examples labeled as illustrative or simplified do not describe a specific client. We aim to keep the content accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.
Intellectual property
The website, its content, the AIVO name and logo, and AIVO's methods, software, agents and prompts are owned by AIVO or its licensors. You may share and quote our published research with attribution and a link. You may not copy, scrape or reuse the website or our methods for a competing product or service.
Our services
Self-serve tests on tryaivowinrate.com and agency accounts on aivowinrate.com are governed by the terms on those sites. Enterprise services, including AIVO Meridian, the 90-day improvement program, the AI Decision Risk Review and the AI Win-Rate™ Study, are provided under a written agreement or order form. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- Your reports: the client may use its reports and findings for its own internal and, with our agreement, external purposes. AIVO retains ownership of its methods, prompts, agents, software and aggregated, anonymized data.
- Confidentiality: each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential. Client results are never published or used in benchmarks in a way that identifies the client without written consent.
- Raw outputs: full conversation logs and raw outputs are shared only under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
- Fees, refunds and cancellation: set out in the order form for each engagement.
- Measurement protocol: for improvement programs, the journeys, competitors, baseline, held-back control and success threshold are agreed in writing before work starts and are not changed afterwards. Scoring follows a named version of the AIVO Standard.
- Results: we measure and report results whatever they show. Fees buy the work and the measurement, not a guaranteed outcome; any performance fee is payable only as defined in the agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is", and AIVO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
