When a small business asks AI which bank to choose, does it choose yours?
A two-week, fixed-price review that shows how often ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity recommend your bank at the moment of decision, which competitors win instead, and what to fix. One bank, one market, US$7,500.
Mentioned is not recommended
Business owners now ask AI assistants to compare banks, then question the answer over several turns before they decide. AIVO's study of how AI assistants recommend banks to US small businesses (2,160 conversations across 30 banks, reported by American Banker in September 2026) found a clear gap between the banks AI mentions and the banks it chooses.
Across more than 20,000 multi-turn buying conversations and 200 brands, AIVO measured 87.3% displacement between being cited by an AI assistant and being chosen by it. Brand tracking, search data and AI visibility dashboards do not show this.
